How we got there

Numerous well-funded projects have entered the scene, aiming to disrupt the industry with innovative solutions tailored to their own needs. Instead of fostering collaboration, these companies often keep their technology proprietary, unwilling to share it with others.

We bootstrapped Uniquality as one of the next freight forwarding solutions. We realized that to improve the customer experience, we had to revamp our internal processes. It took us over 20 months of hard work and iterations. We also started sharing our technology with our partners, who found it valuable for their operations. This made us realize that sharing technology is a key to transforming the industry, not just having great technology alone.
